This was a deck expansion that included the removal and construction of stairs from an existing deck, buildout of new 16’ x 16’ decking and railing, creation of a landing and smaller set of stairs to a concrete porch. A custom bar-height platform was also constructed to create a built-in table overlooking the backyard. Solar lights were installed on all of the posts. Metal balusters were installed to create a more modern look.
